Vegan Sago Jelly Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Wibble Cola Jelly Crystals
  • 100ml spiced rum
  • 300ml boiling water

This tropical and creamy take on the traditional Indonesian Sago is a bowl of jelly heaven!


This dreamy dessert blends fruity jelly flavours with chewy jelly pearls and a sweet, creamy base.

🌈 Serves: 6–8 generous portions

✨ You’ll need:

  • 1 sachet Wibble Raspberry Jelly Crystals

  • 1 sachet Wibble Strawberry Jelly Crystals

  • ½ cup tapioca pearls (sago)

  • ½ cup tinned dragonfruit or fresh cubes

  • 2 tbsp vegan condensed milk

  • 1 cup soya milk

  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • 1 dragonfruit

How to Wibble It:

  1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to packet instructions (usually ~10 mins until soft and not sticky), then drain and rinse under cold water.

  2. Make the two jellies separately using boiling coconut milk instead of boiling water.

  3. Pour into small circular moulds or on a tray and then dice into cubes once set.

  4. In a large bowl, layer in tapioca pearls, jelly cubes, and dragonfruit.

  5. Drizzle with condensed milk and pour over soya milk until covered.

 

💡 Wibble Tip:
Try adding lychee, mango, or even a splash of rose water for extra flair.
