We offer two jelly recipes to suit different foodservice requirements and customer preferences.
- Low Sugar Jelly
This recipe is lower in sugar and uses sweeteners to achieve a familiar jelly taste and texture with reduced sugar content. It’s ideal for operators looking to offer a lower-sugar option without compromising on flavour. - No Sweetener Jelly
This recipe contains no sweeteners, relying solely on sugar for sweetness. As a result, it is higher in sugar than our low sugar recipe, making it suitable for menus where sweeteners are not permitted or preferred.
Offering both recipes gives foodservice partners flexibility - whether prioritising reduced sugar, avoiding sweeteners, or meeting specific menu and ingredient requirements.

Our Mousse is gluten-free, but it is not vegan.
Wibble Whip uses dairy ingredients to achieve its signature texture, flavour, and performance in foodservice settings. While it’s suitable for vegetarians and is gluten-free, it is not currently plant-based. -
Wibble jelly does not need to be refrigerated and can be stored at ambient temperature.

Yes! Wibble jelly products are designed to be low in sugar and are considered HFSS-compliant and suitable for environments with healthy eating requirements. They’re formulated with reduced sugar levels that help them meet the criteria used for HFSS compliance and many school food standards in the UK.
